Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of starting, growing and supporting multiple business ventures - always with a focus on making a real impact.
From small, life-style businesses to playing a pivotal role in scaling Wildgoose into a well respected, seven-figure business operating across the globe. I’ve experienced the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
And along the way, supporting other small business owners has always been an important part of my journey.
Whether through my roles as a Business Owner, Mentor for The King’s Trust, Ambassador for the Entrepreneurs Circle, or Founder of the Hertfordshire Business Growth Show, helping other business owners grow and overcome challenges has always been at the core of what I enjoy doing.
But real success isn’t just about growth and profit. It’s about the impact we can make on our journey too. Businesses that support their communities, champion good causes and create positive change don’t just build stronger relationships - they thrive.
That’s why, these days, my focus is on businesses with purpose.

The Chocolate Wrapper
An award-winning family chocolate business creating personalised chocolate bars. Started the business from scratch as a 'side hustle' to encourage my daughters to earn money and it flew! Grew it into a successful and profitable business which we sold in 2014.
Kaboura Events - My First Business!
Started it by accident in 2001 when Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals approached me to run a team event for them after they had been let down by an events company! Started, built and ran it with a Partner for 8 years before selling my shares and moving onto Wildgoose.
